
UPSC is a Constitutional Body tasked with recruiting officers for All India Services & the Central Civil Services through various standardized examinations. The commission is mandated by the Constitution for appointments to the services of the Union & All India Services. The Commission reports directly to the President. The recruitment of the civil servants is through the UPSC exam that is held yearly in two stages: The Preliminary Examination & The Main Examination. Those who clear the MAIN EXAMINATION are shortlisted for a PERSONAL INTERVIEW, after clearing thereat they become leaders of BHARAT.
