This modern world is proud in having sky scrapers, high ambitions, but humanity is at a low ebb. Buildings are growing tall but man is becoming small; roads are widened, but minds are narrowing. I strongly feel ….. when shadows of small men begin to stretch long ….. we should understand that its time of dusk. Are we nearing that stage? In today’s world everyone blames others. Everyone expresses concern over prevailing social, political, economic & religious state of society. Everybody opines that there must be a change. But nobody thinks of a change in himself. Any process of change, cleansing or purification must start from self.
My dear aspirants, I strongly urge for participation & not just guidance or suggestion. We are prone to find fault in others, whereas we ourselves are not devoid of defects. Hence instead of pointing fingers on others, we must set our house in order first. I strongly urge for self-analysis and self-improvement, and aptly think that it is the need of the present. Everyone has freedom to think in his own way; But we must try to find in what lies our true happiness. This is the real difference between – need based life & the life based on ambition and money power. There is limit to needs whereas greed and passion are limitless.
Honesty in little things is not a little thing. It helps in developing our character in such a way that we are least affected by greater temptations in life. That somebody is not true to you does not mean you should not be true to him. With our truthfulness there is every chance of converting the other & making him a follower of truth and righteousness. By being truthful in our life we may bring happiness in others’ lives too. We often tend to think over the past, its not bad; we must do retrospection, it definitely improves ourselves. But the trouble starts when we begin to indulge in the past & start comparing it with the present.
We must not try to gauge the present with old yardsticks and start to think that all is not well in the present & if continued like this, our future will be dark too. STOP THIS!! Let us not forget that it is human to err, but not to remain wilfully in error. All this ideology serves as a Beckon in the journey to prepare for civil services.
We, at Bhonsala Institute instill in our aspirants that “it is your duty to serve the people of Bharat to the best of your ability, so be fair, be polite & be firm, prepare yourself well for the job in hand and complete it successfully.” We promote good governance by providing quality training to our students, towards building professional and responsive civil servants in a caring, ethical and transparent framework. We aim to cultivate ethical leadership, beyond exam preparation. We instill in our students the values of INTEGRITY, ETHICS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY; nurturing them to become not just successful bureaucrats but also compassionate & responsible leaders of BHARAT. Our focus would be on tapping high quality talent with aptitude and the spirit to serve national interests; and inculcating leadership skills and personality development of students through character building.
I find immense honour & privilege to write my first citation from the Chief Co-ordinator’s desk of BHONSALA INSTITUTE.
